Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Land Acquisition Analyst to help secure land opportunities through rigorous market analysis and competitive assessment.

You will support leaders by preparing documents for land deals, applying local market knowledge, and contributing to growth initiatives. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is required, with comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, mortgage and appliance discounts, and a 401(k) plan.
