Job summary

A national single-family homebuilder's Northern California division seeks a Land Acquisition Analyst to support growth across the greater Sacramento region. You will assist in deal underwriting, market research, feasibility analysis, and due diligence for residential land acquisitions.

Responsibilities include preparing proformas, coordinating with development teams, and compiling materials for land committee approvals to enable informed investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with a single-family homebuilder (land, finance, or forward planning capacity).
• 3-7 years of industry experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; GIS or mapping tools a plus.

The role supports the land team on deal underwriting, market research, feasibility analysis, and due diligence for residential land acquisitions.
