Sportsman Boats & Phenom Yachts is seeking a dependable Fiberglass Laminator/Roller to join our manufacturing team in Summerville, AL. If you take pride in handcrafting components and delivering quality, we want to hear from you.

Our shift is Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:45 PM with overtime as needed. We offer 3 weeks PTO, competitive pay, bonus opportunities, skills training, and growth with a growing company.

Qualifications

• Fiberglass or boat-building experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Follow safety procedures and production standards.
• Willing to work overtime as production needs.

• Apply resin and fiberglass according to specifications.
• Inspect work for quality and proper coverage.

Sportsman Boats & Phenom Yachts is looking for dependable, hardworking Fiberglass Laminators/Rollers to join our manufacturing team. If you take pride in working with your hands, care about quality, and want to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you! Our schedule is Monday - Thursday, 5:00AM - 3:45 PM. There are opportunities to work overtime based on production needs.
