Job summary

Sea Fox Boat Company Inc. is seeking a Laminator to join our Lamination Team. You will build the foundation of Sea Fox boats by laminating hulls, decks, and components with fiberglass and resin, ensuring top quality and structural integrity.

Responsibilities

• Use rollers to remove air bubbles and smooth seams on decks, hulls, and fiberglass components.
• Apply precut fiberglass materials to prepared molds.
• Smooth and position fiberglass layers by hand and with tools.
• Mix catalysts and resins according to specifications.
• Saturate fiberglass cloth and mats with resin mixtures.
• Apply multiple layers to achieve required thickness and strength.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards.

What You’ll Do

As a Laminator, you'll play a critical role in building the foundation of every Sea Fox boat. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure every hull, deck, and component meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use rollers to remove air bubbles and smooth seams on decks, hulls, and fiberglass components.

• Apply precut fiberglass materials to prepared molds.
