Job summary

Sea Fox Boat Company is seeking a Laminator to build the foundation of every Sea Fox boat. You will use rollers to remove air bubbles, apply fiberglass to molds, and ensure decks, hulls, and components meet our quality standards.

The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality work, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with resins, fiberglass, or composite materials is preferred, along with a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Use rollers to remove air bubbles and smooth seams on decks, hulls, and fiberglass components.
• Apply precut fiberglass materials to prepared molds.
• Smooth and position fiberglass layers by hand and with specialized tools.
• Mix catalysts and resins according to specifications.
• Saturate fiberglass cloth and mats with resin mixtures.
• Apply multiple layers of fiberglass and resin to achieve required thickness and strength.
• Inspect work throughout the lamination process for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.

What You'll Do
