Job summary

Sportsman Boats is seeking a Fiberglass Laminator/Roller to join our manufacturing team in Summerville, SC. The role involves laminating and rolling fiberglass to build quality boat components, applying resin per specs, and maintaining safety standards.

We offer overtime opportunities, 3 weeks PTO, competitive pay, and opportunities to learn a skilled trade and grow with the company. Training is available for the right candidate who is dependable and hardworking.

Sportsman Boats & Phenom Yachts is looking for dependable, hardworking Fiberglass Laminators/Rollers to join our manufacturing team. If you take pride in working with your hands, care about quality, and want to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you! Our schedule is Monday - Thursday, 5:00AM - 3:45 PM. There are opportunities to work overtime based on production needs.

What You'll Do

• Laminate and roll fiberglass materials to build quality boat components
• Apply resin and fiberglass according to specifications
• Inspect work for quality and proper coverage
• Follow safety procedures and production standards
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
• Learn and cross-train in additional manufacturing skills

Fiberglass or boat-building experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
