Job summary

Giro Pack, Inc. in Vidalia, GA, is seeking a Laminator Operator to support production operations. Training runs Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm. After training, the role offers 2nd shift (2:00 pm–10:00 pm) or 3rd shift (10:00 pm–6:00 am), Monday–Friday.

The Laminator Operator ensures safe, efficient lamination machine operation, assists with routine maintenance, and supports a fast-paced packaging environment with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination is required.
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Commitment to safety rules and procedures is mandatory.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
• Good vision and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate lamination machines safely and efficiently and report issues to supervisor/maintenance.
• Complete required production forms.
• Maintain/lube production machinery as needed.
• Follow planning orders and work priorities.
• Keep work area clean and safe and inspect materials.
