Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of machine operator/manufacturing experience preferred; 12 months required.
• English fluency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot and adjust Laminator to meet production specs.
• Adhere to quality guidelines and monitor product quality.
• Operate forklift to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain clean work area and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Log production data and cross-train in other functions.
• Attend safety, production and company meetings.
