Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Laminator Machine Operator to oversee the laminator and ensure quality, on-time output. You will assist with SOP documentation, data-entry, and cross-training within production. Attendance at safety and company meetings is expected.

Responsibilities include setup, adjustments, maintenance, and running the laminator with attention to product specs and process safety. Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required/preferred.
• English fluency with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a production environment.
• Experience with data entry and basic computer use (ERP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and adjust Laminator machine per SOPs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and perform visual inspections.
• Enter production data and review work orders at the computer station.
• Cross-train into other department functions as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards throughout production.
