Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is hiring a Laminating Machine Operator for the 1st shift (Mon-Thu). The role focuses on setting up the solventless adhesive laminator, running production, performing maintenance, and ensuring quality throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will read gauges, use micrometers, and understand the lamination process, with experience in production environments preferred. The position offers strong benefits including medical options, 401K with employer match, PTO, holidays,

Qualifications

• Ability to read rulers, gauges, and use a micrometer.
• Understanding of lamination process and related procedures.
• Experience with production environments preferred.
• Ability to complete production-related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and ensure proper materials match job orders.
• Run material footage per job order and check production and materials.
• Prepare for production at end of day for following day.
• Perform quality checks before producing orders.
• Load and unload material from laminators using defined equipment.
• Set up and operate laminating machine per procedures.
• Perform daily and periodic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area.
• Report quality issues to Production Manager.
