Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Laminator/Fabricator for a Lake Mills, WI facility on 1st shift. The role involves applying fiberglass materials into molds, rolling out fiberglass to remove air bubbles, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable using hand tools, capable of repetitive tasks, and able to lift 30+ pounds. PPE is provided and safety guidelines are a priority.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using hand tools and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds and bend/squat as needed.
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled facility; PPE provided.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Apply fiberglass materials into molds using rollers and hand tools according to work instructions and customer specifications.
• Roll out wet fiberglass to ensure proper adhesion and remove air bubbles.
• Maintain clean tools and an organized work area throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use company-provided PPE.
• Assist with general production tasks as needed.
