Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load material, cut to size, sand, and package decorative profiles.
• Set up and operate machine equipment safely and accurately.
• Identify material requirements for finished products.
• Read work instructions and mill/mitre materials as needed.
• Perform quality checks and maintain tolerances.
• Change fixtures to maintain steady production.
• Identify defects and prevent them from reaching customers.
• Stand 8–10 hours; lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Follow safety protocols and keep workspace clean.
