Job summary

Wausau Tile is seeking a motivated Laminator to join our production team in Wisconsin. You will apply laminations to molds and ensure mold integrity and finish quality through careful sanding and surface finishing.

Ideal candidates have laminate or fiberglass experience, can read blueprints and fabrication drawings, and are proficient with hand and power tools. You will work independently or with a team and follow all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Lamination or fiberglass experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and fabrication drawings.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.
• Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently or in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Construct or repair fiberglass molds for concrete production and apply laminations.
• Sand and finish laminated surfaces to prepare molds or parts for manufacturing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; adhere to all safety protocols.
