Job summary

International Paper in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Dry End Operator for 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am), Monday–Friday, at a pay rate of $30.88 per hour. The role involves setting up, running, and cleaning laminator dry end equipment and reporting to laminator supervisors.

You will follow all safety and quality rules, read work orders, enter data into control systems, and maintain a clean work area as part of a larger production team.

Qualifications

• Set up, run, and clean up dry end equipment per schedules.
• Follow all plant safety and quality rules and procedures.
• Enter data into laminator control systems.

Responsibilities

• read factory work orders and machine schedules to learn customer specifications.
• maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• initiating order changes.
• verifying sheets to ensure that sheet sizes and score locations conform to customer specifications.
