Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group is seeking a Lamination Technician to perform mix and lay-up of composites on hulls and decks, using open mold and vacuum infusion. You will install components, operate power tools, and read blueprints while maintaining safety standards in a hot, humid environment; overtime is common.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read a tape measure, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• PPE and safety standards knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Fluency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform elementary to routine lay-up of composite materials on molds.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and hoists; locate parts from blueprints and instructions.
• Work in a hot, humid environment and in non-climate controlled spaces.
• Follow safety standards and quality procedures; meet overtime needs as scheduled.
• Read a tape measure and verify dimensions on parts and assemblies.
