Lamination - Team Lead, 3rd-Shift (Finance)

We are looking for a 3rd- Shift Team Lead to promote a culture of safety, quality, and engagement for our York, PA team! Join us in our mission to rid the world of rubber waste!

Summary: You will coordinate daily production schedules, train operators in the use of our ERP system, and coordinate training.

3rd Shift: R uns Sunday night through Friday morning.
Hours: 10:45pm - 7:00am
Team Lead Salary Range: $23.00 - $28.00/hour, based on experience

The Impact You'll Make:

• Assist with the supervision of daily work performance for employees including providing coordination, direction, and training in the work.
• Address and coach through disciplinary issues. Escalate to Production Supervisor when needed.
• Create schedules to meet hiring needs.
• Perform product inspections on a regular basis and audit daily activities against standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Ensure overall safety; ensure employees follow proper safety procedures in the completion of daily tasks including operation of powered industrial equipment.
• Train new employees in the general operations of the department; ensure employees complete job training and assist in on-going training and support.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot and supervise the repair of mechanical issues with equipment.

Essential Experiences:

• High School diploma / GED OR 4+ years of manufacturing experience
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite; ERP experience preferred
