Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Lamination Supervisor to lead and supervise lamination hourly associates and to ensure the daily production schedule is met while maintaining safety and efficiency. The role emphasizes oversight of material usage, equipment layout, and cost improvement initiatives.

The position requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to analyze processes for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of lamination processes and technique.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees and peers.
  • Computer literate (Excel, word processing).
  • Strong organizational skills in record keeping, scheduling and document preparation.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and report data accurately.
  • Read and understand instructions.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lamination Supervisor will manage all lamination operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Manages/supervises Lamination hourly associates.
  • Manages and improves Environmental, Health and Safety.
  • Ensures daily production schedule is met.
  • Controls MRO spending.
  • Audits associates to ensure standard work is met and sustained.
  • Manages layout of efficient use of machinery and equipment.
  • Studies processes, analyzes and improves cost of production.
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
  • Knowledge of lamination processes and technique
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees and peers
  • Computer literate (excel, word processing)
  • Strong organizational skills in record keeping, scheduling and document preparation.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and report data accurately.
