Bass Pro Shops is seeking an assembler to contribute to the assembly and installation of boat components on the production line. This role involves using hand tools, air tools, and cordless drills to install locks, hinges, rub rails, carpet, trim, and related parts.
Responsibilities include moving boats through the line, performing maintenance, and wiring harness installations while adhering to safety and quality standards in both indoor and outdoor work areas.
Assembly is the part of the production process that is critical to the structural integrity of the boat. This operation assembles and installs the various parts of the boat using adhesives and mechanical fasteners.
