Job summary

Sanmina-SCI Systems de México in San Jose is seeking a candidate for the Lamination Lay-up department. The successful candidate will set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines to assist in producing high-quality products.

The role requires a high school diploma and preferably 1 year of experience in the PCB industry. Additional requirements include the ability to work with machinery around chemicals, ensure quality, and communicate effectively. US citizenship or lawful permanent resident status is mandatory.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

The candidate will set up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product.Candidate will run lamination presses, break down finished product, and lay-up panels into books

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year experience in PCB industry preferred
• Job requires long periods of standing up to 80%.
• Must be able to follow instructions and be able to learn new processes.
• Must be able to work with machinery and work around chemicals
• Must have good attention to detail and good quality.
• Must be available to work overtime and weekends as dictated by business necessity.
• Must have good verbal and communications skills.
• Ability to enter information in computer system.
