Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Lamination Operator for Lay-up/Swing to support our PCB production line in San Jose, CA. The role involves setting up and operating lamination equipment, ensuring quality and safety, and maintaining accurate process data entry.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, up to 1 year of PCB industry experience preferred, and the ability to stand for long periods. This ITAR facility requires US citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in PCB industry preferred.
• Job requires long periods of standing up to 80%.
• Must be able to follow instructions and be able to learn new processes.
• Must be able to work with machinery and work around chemicals.
• Must have good attention to detail and good quality.
• Must have good verbal and communications skills.
• Ability to enter information in computer system.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in production.
• Run lamination presses, break down finished product, and lay-up panels into books.
