Job summary

Vestcom is seeking a Night Shift Label Machine Operator in Charlotte, NC. You will operate label machines, monitor production flow, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 1–2 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED are required. Overtime may be necessary; Vestcom offers stable employment with benefits and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills to analyze and operate label machine equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates the label machines properly and efficiently to meet production deadlines.
• Minimize waste or misuse of raw materials.
• Communicates label production issues with the Production Supervisor and/or Facility Manager.
• Performs distribution functions as needed.
• Keeps accurate log of raw materials used and maintains FIFO inventory.
