Job summary

QXO is hiring a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting focused on lamination processes. This role requires you to operate multiple manual machines, set up for new jobs, and ensure products meet exact specifications. Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Proven good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate lamination-related equipment to produce quality products per work orders.
• Set up or change over machines for new jobs and adjust blades or spray guns as needed.
• Understand and follow machine operating procedures, safety rules, and quality requirements.
• Identify and address machine issues; report defects to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and perform daily housekeeping.
