QXO is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Colorado. You will set up, operate, monitor, and maintain woodworking machinery, ensuring parts meet specifications and quality standards.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read drawings and measurements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating manufacturing or woodworking equipment preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, production drawings, and technical specifications.
• Configure machine settings to ensure accurate cutting, drilling, routing, machining, or fabrication processes.
• Monitor machine performance and production output throughout each shift.
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily production schedules and quality expectations.
