Job summary

North American Specialty Laminations LLC in Bend, Oregon seeks an experienced Lamination Production Operator to set up, operate, and monitor lamination equipment for high-quality outputs. The role offers training including Level 3 qualifications and relocation support to the Wisconsin area for hands-on, machine-specific training.

Successful candidates will lead machine setup, troubleshoot, and guide the production team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of machine operation experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with lamination or converting equipment is a plus.
• Ability to complete NASL training including Level 3 requirements.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, work orders, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist the production team in setup, operation, and monitoring of lamination machines according to job specs.
• Set up machines efficiently to ensure timely startup and quality output.
• Load and align rolls of film, foil, paper, or fabric into laminating equipment.
• Start, stop, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Ensure accurate job tracking and production logging in ERP systems.
• Train and support other operators to develop skills and meet targets.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
