Shift: 2nd shift 4pm‑2am M‑Th

Pay Rate: $16.00 an hour with a $1.00 shift differential

Duties and Responsibilities

The Lamination Associate is responsible for fabricating and producing component parts for the final assembly of windows. The role requires working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment with heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.

• Assemble building material components as an entry‑level team member.
• Perform repetitive jobs on an assembly line under direct supervision.
• Insert, position, clamp, splice, fit parts and use hand and power tools.
• Observe all safety procedures to prevent injury.

• Lifting requirements: 20 lbs. frequently; 40 lbs. occasionally for light production; 40 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally for heavy production.
• Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble.
• Be cross‑trained in multiple functions across departments.
• Stand or walk on a concrete floor surface for up to a ten‑hour shift.
