Job summary

Green Bay Packaging, a family-owned corrugated and packaging company headquartered in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a laminating/ manufacturing team member. The role focuses on equipment setup, quality checks, and efficient production to minimize waste while maintaining safety and attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior laminating or experience working with adhesives a plus.
• Strong ability to read a ruler and understand fractions.
• Corrugated industry experience preferred.
• Previous mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up of equipment accurately and safely.
• Inspect before and after running to ensure repairs are made before next run.
• Minimize material sheet, label, and adhesive waste.
• Maximize utilization of equipment by operating at available capacity and speed.
• Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups.
• Perform continuous quality control: randomly check size, material, print and glue.
• Abide by company policies and safe work habits.
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication.
