Job summary

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our San Francisco Exotics team in San Francisco. This role offers exposure to luxury retail and automotive environments, with a friendly, professional work culture and opportunities for advancement.

You will answer phones, greet customers, and handle clerical tasks in a fast-paced dealership setting, with comprehensive benefits and state-of-the-art facilities. Prior luxury retail or automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly and inviting phone presence.
• Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.
• Experience in luxury retail or automotive industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate.
• Clearly communicates caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate party.
• Greets and assists customers.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of mail services.
