indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant for the San Francisco Exotics team, representing Lamborghini, Bentely, Pagani and more. This is a fast-paced opportunity with a compensation structure that includes hourly pay and commissions.

Developing buyers, qualifying needs, demonstrating vehicles, closing sales, and contributing to the dealership's reputation are core aspects. The role offers a 5-day workweek, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
• Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests, matching requirements and interests to various models.
• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
• Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Pay range for this role is: $75,000 - $300,000 per year.

Employee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commissions/ bonuses, which will vary based on productivity.
