Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons at Lake of the Ozarks is seeking a Landscaping Supervisor to maintain resort grounds and outdoor spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will operate equipment, prepare planting areas, and perform landscape grooming to the highest standards.

This full-time, on-site role offers growth through our Management Development Program and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, string trimmers, edgers, and utility vehicles.
• Prepare soil and planting areas for flowers, shrubs, turf, and trees.
• Plant, maintain, and care for landscaping throughout the resort.
• Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and other plantings.
• Mow and maintain lawn areas.
• Apply mulch, water, fertilizer, and perform general landscape grooming.
• Remove trash and debris to maintain a clean and attractive environment.
• Clean and properly store equipment and tools at the end of each shift.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
