Job summary

Migis Lodge on Sebago Lake is looking for a Waterfront/Groundskeeper to maintain the waterfront, lawns, and other grounds. The role includes ensuring cleanliness, overseeing watercraft, and assisting guests with recreational equipment.

This full-time seasonal position runs from June to August, with possible extensions. Ideal candidates will be outgoing and comfortable working outdoors by the water. Benefits include discounted stays at affiliated properties.

Qualifications

• Must be of age to legally operate lawn maintenance equipment under State of Maine law.
• Must be able to maintain a positive work ethic and energy.
• Must be able to communicate information clearly and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, well-groomed waterfront ensuring the upkeep of watercraft.
• Communicate maintenance or operational issues regarding waterfront and amenities.
• Ensure all lawns are properly manicured in a timely manner.
