Job summary

Illinois Beach Hotel in Zion, IL is looking for a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations along Michigan’s lakeshore. The role includes dishwashing, maintaining a clean station, and assisting as a busser when needed.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to follow directions and adapt tasks as needed.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to dishwashing procedures to ensure cleanliness of dishware and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Complete daily/weekly cleaning assignments and restock as needed.
• Operate as a busser when not scheduled in the kitchen.
• Follow health and safety policies and proper chemical handling.
