Job summary

Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, WI is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to join our fast-paced kitchen team. This role offers opportunities to grow in the culinary field while supporting daily operations in a high-volume environment.

You'll operate dishwashing equipment, keep stations clean, and assist with basic kitchen tasks while following leadership directions. Flexible shifts available; must be able to work in a busy, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Rinse and properly load dish racks for efficient washing.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, kitchens, and storage areas.
• Sweep, mop, and take out trash to keep all areas sanitary and safe.
• Change cleaning solutions regularly and maintain proper sanitation standards.
• Assist with basic food prep and kitchen support as needed.
• Follow all kitchen procedures and direction from leadership (Steward, Sous Chef, Executive Chef).
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable working in hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environments
