Job summary

Lake Lawn Resort is seeking a motivated Dishwasher to join a high-volume, guest-focused kitchen team. You will operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, sanitize wares, and support the kitchen with basic prep and station organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Rinse and properly load dish racks for efficient washing
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, kitchens, and storage areas
• Sweep, mop, and take out trash to keep all areas sanitary and safe
• Change cleaning solutions regularly and maintain proper sanitation standards
• Assist with basic food prep and kitchen support as needed
• Follow all kitchen procedures and direction from leadership (Steward, Sous Chef, Executive Chef)
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned

• Comfortable working in hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environments

• Indoor, high-volume kitchen setting
• Exposure to varying temperatures (hot kitchen areas and cold storage)
• Moderate noise levels
