Rocky Mountain Paddleboard (RMP) in Boulder is seeking dependable Line Cooks for the Lakeside Café at Boulder Reservoir this summer. You will work on a fast-paced team preparing burgers, hot dogs, fries, and other simple café items while ensuring kitchen cleanliness and smooth service.

Ideal candidates enjoy active work, have some kitchen experience, and are willing to help with events and basic food production; ability to obtain Food Handler certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Some kitchen or food service experience preferred (but not required).
• Comfortable working grill and fryer stations.
• Able to stay organized during busy service.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Team-oriented and willing to help where needed.
• Able to obtain Food Handler or ServSafe certification.

Responsabilités

• Grill burgers and hot dogs during café service.
• Prepare fries and other fryer items.
• Assist with basic food prep and prep lists.
• Maintain food quality and consistency during service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work with the Kitchen Lead to maintain smooth kitchen flow.
• Assist with prep for paddle board and athlete event menus.
• Support general kitchen cleanliness and organization.
