Job summary

The Lake Doctors, Jacksonville, FL is seeking a full-time Lake Technician to service lakes and ponds in the Northeast FL and Southeast GA area. This role involves outdoor, independent work with customers and requires good communication and reliability.

Compensation is $19.00-$21.00 per hour, with on-the-job training and commissions opportunity. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, starting early morning.

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn service or pest control is helpful.
• Must read and interpret herbicide labels and safety rules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Treat lake vegetation and algae at established accounts.
• Perform water testing, stock fish, and other pond and lake services.
• Maintain communication with customers such as Homeowners Associations and property owners.
• Present a professional image to help grow The Lake Doctors, Inc.
• Maintain customer records in service software (on the job training).
