Job summary

The Lake Doctors, Inc. is seeking a Lake Maintenance Field Technician for our Clearwater, FL area. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, outdoors in the Tampa Bay region, maintaining lakes and ponds, testing water, and communicating with customers.

On-the-job training provided; you should be reliable, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have good math and communication skills. Pay $20–$22/hr + commissions with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college helpful.
• Experience in lawn service or pest control preferred.
• Ability to read herbicide labels and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Control aquatic vegetation and algae at accounts.
• Perform water testing and pond maintenance tasks.
• Maintain customer records and communicate with clients.
• Present a professional image to grow the business.
• Use CRM or customer service software to log interactions.
