Job summary

The Lake Doctors, Inc. is seeking a Lake Maintenance Field Technician to join our Clearwater team. This full-time role involves outdoor work maintaining lakes and ponds for a variety of customers in the Tampa Bay area, with on-the-job training provided.

You will read herbicide labels, perform water testing, stock fish, and communicate with Homeowners Associations and property owners while delivering professional service and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in lawn service or pest control preferred.
• Some college coursework helpful but not essential.
• Ability to read and interpret herbicide labels and safety rules.
• Strong math, organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Control of aquatic vegetation and algae at established Lake Doctors accounts.
• Water testing, stocking fish, and other pond and lake services.
• Maintain communication with homeowners associations, management companies, and property owners.
• Present a professional image in the community to help grow The Lake Doctors, Inc. business.
• Maintain customer records within the customer service software system.
