Job summary

Alisal Properties Inc in Solvang, CA seeks experienced and service-oriented Coordinators to join our Activities Lake Team. Full-Time and Part-Time roles include guiding guests in Archery, Air Rifles, Axe Throwing, and Fishing, ensuring safe, enjoyable outings and maintaining equipment.

You will assist with guest services and sales, including food and beverage, tackle rentals, and boat equipment, while upholding safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in the activities and customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.
• On-site work availability; ability to stand, sit, walk, and move during shifts.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Instruct guests in Archery, Air Rifles, Axe Throwing, and Fishing.
• Ensure safe, enjoyable outings and maintain equipment.
• Provide services and sales including food & beverage, tackle rentals, and boat/equipment rentals.
• Transport guests and equipment using Alisal vehicles.
• Keep Lake facilities and equipment clean and ready for guest use.
