Job summary

Weather Shield, now part of the Pella Family of Brands, seeks Production Workers to ensure parts fit precisely for final products. You’ll read manuals, measurements, and diagrams to assemble complex units with skilled manual dexterity.

Starting pay up to $23.50/hour and a $1,500 sign-on bonus, 1st shift Mon-Thu 6:00 am - 3:30 pm with overtime Fridays as needed. Responsibilities include following procedures, gathering materials, taking precise measurements, selecting components, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Proven ability to follow instructions from manuals and drawings.
• Experience with assembly and use of hand tools/machines.
• Good hand-eye coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Weather Shield, now a part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our team!

What is the Job?

You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will use your hands or machines to do the job with greater precision. You must have good technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision is extremely important. The goal is to produce complex outputs by putting together smaller components.

Starting pay up to $23.50/hour & receive a $1,500 sign on bonus.

1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 3:30 pm with Friday overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.
• Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process.

• Ability to read, understand and follow directions and diagrams.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs or more.
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Must be capable of utilizing various hand and power tools.
