Job summary

Weather Shield, now a part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our team. You'll help assemble components and ensure parts fit correctly for final products.

Typical schedule is 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 am–3:30 pm, with overtime on Fridays as needed. Starting pay is up to $23.50/hr based on experience, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Good technical knowledge and excellent manual dexterity.
• Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics, etc., and follow them precisely.
