Weather Shield, a part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our team.

Responsibilities

Production Workers will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. Key tasks include:

• Using hands or machines to assemble components with precision.
• Applying technical knowledge and manual dexterity.
• Reading and interpreting instructions from manuals, drawings, schematics and other documentation.
• Producing complex outputs by assembling smaller components.

Compensation

• Starting pay $20.00 per hour.
• $2.50 differential for different shifts.
• Sign‑on bonus of $1,500.
• Pay increases at 90 days and 6 months.

Schedule

Typical schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday – Thursday, 3:00 pm – 2:00 am.
