Job summary

Weather Shield, now part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team in Wisconsin. You will assemble parts and use tools to ensure proper fit and final product quality. Starting pay up to $23.50 per hour with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and overtime availability.

Typical shift is 1st shift Monday-Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, with potential Friday overtime. Prior assembler experience is a plus; you must be able to lift 50 lbs and read manuals, drawings, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience as an assembler is a plus.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, manuals, and drawings.

What is the Job?

You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will use your hands or machines to do the job with greater precision. You must have good technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings schematics etc. and follow them with precision is extremely important. The goal is to produce complex outputs by putting together smaller components. Starting pay up to $23.50 per hour based on experience. Typical schedule 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm with Friday overtime as needed.

• Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs or more.
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Must be capable of utilizing various hand and power tools.
