CHRISTUS Health in Beaumont, TX is seeking a competent registered nurse to provide routine and complex care in a clinical setting. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care and may delegate tasks to other care providers to manage clinical situations.

Requirements include a BSN preferred, RN license in Texas, BLS, and 1 year of related nursing experience. Work schedule is 5 days at 8 hours each; full-time position available.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meets expectations of leadership competencies as applicable.
• Provides nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs in line with practice level.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol; monitors outcomes and side effects.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assesses learning needs and educates patients and families.
