Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA seeks a Lactation Consultant RN to support breastfeeding families and staff. The RN provides education and clinical support to new mothers and coordinates outpatient lactation consultations as needed.

The role also serves as a resource for hospital personnel and physicians within the lactation program, enhancing patient care and outcomes across the service line.

Qualifications

• Must have Basic Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• IBCLC certification required.
• Associate degree required.

Responsabilités

• Educate and support patients who choose to breastfeed.
• Educate hospital staff and the community on lactation care.
• Serve as a resource for hospital staff, physicians, and outpatient lactation consultations.
