Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a Lactation Consultant Registered Nurse (RN) for a variable shift, part-time position in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on lactation management for expectant and new parents within a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will be an RN licensed in Oklahoma, with BLS and NRP certifications, and lactation consultant credentials, plus experience in maternal-child health nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess a current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• NRP must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Currently certified as a Lactation Consultant.
• Previous experience in maternal-child health nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide lactation management services to expectant and new parents.
• Perform duties in accordance with hospital philosophy, policies, procedures and standards.

Responsible for providing lactation management services to expectant and new parents. These functions are performed in accordance with the hospital's philosophy, policies, procedures and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
