• Conduct bedside lactation rounds daily.
• Document all lactation and teaching interventions.

• Create, review, evaluate, and revise departmental policies related to breastfeeding.
• Participate in the development and conduct of breastfeeding classes.
• Maintain certification by attending yearly International Conference.
• Identify patient population needs and modify care accordingly.
