RN license in the state is preferred. Strong customer service and communication are essential to provide supportive care.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in mother/baby care or breast feeding education.
• Licensure/Certification: IBCLC certification required; RN license in state preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate compassion and support in clinical settings; collaborate with team to promote high-quality patient care.
