Novant Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a skilled professional with IBCLC certification to guide patients and families in breast feeding education within the mother/baby care team. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with a 4-year degree preferred and at least one year of relevant experience.

RN license in the state is preferred. Strong customer service and communication are essential to provide supportive care.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in mother/baby care or breast feeding education.
• Licensure/Certification: IBCLC certification required; RN license in state preferred.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in mother/baby care or breast feeding education, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Current IBCLC certification, required. RN License in Appropriate State, preferred.
• Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Excellent customer service skills.
