Formación

• RN licensure valid in Georgia is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• IBCLC or breastfeeding counselor certification preferred.
• Current GA RN license required.
• 2 years of maternal-child nursing experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality education programs and activities that promote health for patients and the community.
• Coordinate lactation assistance, education, and support for antepartum, post-partum, and neonatal patients.
• Monitor couplet to prevent and resolve breastfeeding problems and support families.
• Educate and support staff in lactation management.
