Qualifications

• Nights and weekends required; travel for competitions and recruiting required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development, and administration of the lacrosse program.
• Assist in implementing team policies aligned with the institution's philosophy.
• Recruit and retain student-athletes; oversee academic progress of student-athletes.
• Execute in-gym sessions and develop players; support game day strategies.
• Perform film breakdown and scouting; coordinate travel logistics for on-road contests.
• Assist in fundraising and other duties as assigned by the head coach or athletic director.
